Refund policy

This Returns Policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Ready-Made Items

Eligible ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• Items are unused and in original condition
• Items are returned in original packaging
• Written notice of cancellation is provided within the 14-day period

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

Due to their personalised nature, bespoke and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the event of fault or damage.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify SJ-INTERIORS within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographs.

Where appropriate, we will arrange repair, replacement or refund in accordance with our quality standards and UK consumer law.
