These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SJ-INTERIORS website and the purchase of products or services from SJ-INTERIORS ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing our website, placing an order, or commissioning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Products & Services

SJ-INTERIORS offers a combination of ready-made furniture and decorative objects, bespoke or made-to-order pieces, and interior design and related services.

All product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, finishes and imagery are provided for guidance only. As many items are handcrafted or produced using natural materials, variations in colour, texture, grain and finish may occur and form part of the character of the piece.

Orders

All orders placed through our website or directly with the studio are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or amend an order at any time prior to dispatch or commencement of production, including where pricing errors, availability issues or specification discrepancies arise.

For bespoke or made-to-order items, written confirmation of specifications, finishes and dimensions will be required and approved by the client prior to production.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and include UK VAT where applicable.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch of ready-made items or before commencement of bespoke or made-to-order production, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

Bespoke and made-to-order items are created specifically to client specification and produced exclusively for each commission.

As such, bespoke and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced, except in the event of fault or damage.

This includes, but is not limited to, items made to bespoke dimensions, finishes, materials, upholstery, or any customised variation of an existing design.

Limitation of Liability

SJ-INTERIORS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, business or opportunity.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product or service purchased.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded under UK law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
